Magembe Sungwa is a seasoned Agronomist with 9 years of extensive experience in the agriculture industry. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in various roles, including field agronomy, sales, marketing, and project management.

I began my journey as a Field Agronomist, where I gained hands-on experience in crop management and soil health. Transitioning into sales and marketing, I excelled as a Market Development Representative for Greenza Co and Advanta Seeds Company, where I promoted and sold agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and seeds. My efforts significantly contributed to the growth and success of these companies.

In your role as Production Manager at Flamingo Horticulture Co, I managed the export of vegetables, ensuring high-quality produce reached international markets. My leadership and strategic planning were instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

U have also played a pivotal role in important projects as a Project Agronomist for export crops with TAHA, where I worked on initiatives aimed at enhancing the productivity and profitability of export-oriented crops. Currently, I serve as a Project Officer with Swissaid TZ, where I continue to apply my expertise to support sustainable agricultural practices and improve the livelihoods of farmers.
